He gave us a rough estimate over the phone and we compared with others we received. I had several problems with worn out, ill-fitting, and corroded toilet parts, as well as spigots, faucets, and uneven water flow in faucets inside and outside. A new, nicer toilet wasn’t really that much more than replacing all those worn @ cracked parts in that older toilet that I didn’t like so much anyway (very low also).
