He gave us a rough estimate over the phone and we compared with others we received. We chose Platinum because price was reasonable after comparison with others and the reviews I read on the Angie’s website. He arrived at the agreed time got right to work and finished in a very timely manner. Removed old water heater and cleaned up very well after the job was completed. Very happy with my experience with Matt and Platinum Plumbing would use his services again and would recommend his services."

"Chris is a very thorough & polite plumber that I would DEFINITELY hire again. I had several problems with worn out, ill-fitting, and corroded toilet parts, as well as spigots, faucets, and uneven water flow in faucets inside and outside. I decided to replace that older toilet that I called about. A new, nicer toilet wasn’t really that much more than replacing all those worn @ cracked parts in that older toilet that I didn’t like so much anyway (very low also). Thank you for submitting my name to him! He amazed me by carrying out the old, and carrying in the new toilets up and down 16 steps; by himself. Polite and never complaining!"
