"Bill and his crew were always on time and hard working. They did a beautiful job in refinishing 3 rooms of 66 year old hardwood floors. One section had a lot of previous water damage and the crew did a fantastic job in restoring the floor. I had one room of hardwood installed and am extremely pleased with it as well. The cost was inline with what I expected to pay. I would definitely hire them again."

"I called with an emergency situation. Best buy was supposed to do an installation for a new washing machine. They were able to only get the hot water line off. AS a result they did not do the install. When they left,they failed to put the hot water line back properly, 5 mins after they left the hose, it started to spray everywhere and I was not able to turn it off and best buy refused to come back and fit it. Water got into my ceiling and light fixtures below. Called Patriot Home Repairs, they were fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to repair the issue with the valve , and even fix the other hose best buy couldn't take off. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the water and made sure eveything was secure and in working order befor leaving. 100% will recommend to my friend and family and use in the future."

We fortunately had some extra flooring and the crew were able to replace the damaged floor and underlayment within a short period of time. It looks like new. "Install and refinish wood floor: Jim Swan's installed unfinished oak in the office and in the upstairs hallway and refinished a badly damaged foyer and kitchen oak that adjoins the new oak. The finished color is excellent--no more yellow oak on the old floor and all wood blends perfectly. Jordan is an expert. He and Ian were diligent in making sure everything was done well. The customer service provided by Jim and his team was excellent. We plan to have them return next year to replace the carpet with wood in two more rooms."
