"I contacted 3 contractors listed on HomeAdvisor. Tim at Tri State was the ONLY one to call me back. He not only called me back but did so within the same day of my leaving the message. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at a time that worked for me. He also was able to fit my job into his very busy schedule. He replaced an exterior door, repaired drywall AND plaster, and cleaned my box gutters. All this was done in a very timely manner and the clean up when the job was finished was top notch! "Eric at K&E Home Improvements remodeled my Master bath which included flipping the drab tub/shower into an amazing walk-in shower with bench. I cannot say enough about Eric s expertise starting with demo to carpentry, tiling, drywall and painting. His work ethic is incredible; he is prompt, dependable and flexible. Eric constantly communicated with me in regards to the entire project, making sure I was l happy with the results. However, I was not happy But Thrilled ! I was so impressed and comfortable with Eric that I had him remodel my second bath and a half bath. Eric does not disappoint ! He completed all three in less than 8 weeks ! "Joe was great. He was able to diagnose through elimination that the problem was my couch's battery and not the wiring , connections or bad switches. He took a spring off of the couch so I was able to manually recline and sit up until I received a replacement battery."

"They tore out an old wood deck that had very steep & dangerous steps. They installed a new composite deck that is way better than I ever imagined. They listened to what we wanted & did it exactly. Then we realized we wished we had run the decking all the way to the driveway. They let us know the additional cost & came back out to do the additional decking in a very timely manner. I now have a deck that is even better than I imagined. I love my new composite deck. I have to share that with the original deck project, there was a bit of a timing issue because I was having new windows installed. They not only met the deadline, but they beat it by a couple of days. Then they came back out to do my add-on to my deck within a couple of days of my windows getting finished. What made the whole project even better is they cleaned everything up nicely when they left. They also made sure that I was happy with everything prior to leaving at job completion. I highly recommend this company for your decking needs. It was a wonderful experience working with them."
