He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it to me. Since he needed to order a part, the repair couldn't be completed right away, but he was back by Monday to finish the job. Impressively, he even offered to come on Sunday if it was needed, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service. The repair was done efficiently, and my heating is now working perfectly. "I can't say enough good things about Jimmy- He responded to an emergency sewer backup & when he was here he advised me of the urgent need to replace a VERY old basement slop sink with rotting plumbing (I didn't even realize it) He installed the new sink, reorganized the piping, installed new cutoff valves, changed a bunch of other hoses,etc. He is prompt, courteous, neat & reasonable. What a guy!!!"
