"Had 3 installers bid on replacement of 5 windows. LWS was the lowest and offered the best warranty (20 years). They also directed me to Cardinal corp, the company where they purchased the windows. I was impressed with the quality of the glass and even upgraded 2 large fixed windows they were replacing. The other two bids were from well known companies and did not have the warranty (5 years and 10 years). The other 2 bids were $450 and $1000 more than LWS. It's not always wise to go with the lowest bidder but had a great experience with them. They were respectful and neat and did a great job."

He arrived on time, took great care of our personal property and the customer service was superb. He also completed the job one business day ahead of time.
