He (think his name is Keith) showed up AFTER his other job was done on a Friday evening ... when most people can't be bothered and callnit *Quits* for rhe weekend. He took his time to explain things, was helpful and did not try to squeeze every last penny. There is a small fee ($39) for the 1st visit, but definitely worth it. It gets credited back when the job is done by them. I dont think it is wrong, given the travel time and duration spent at the home. I received a quote for some other work as well and will have them do those jobs in the future. Highly recommend!!!!"
