We discussed the different options, the pros and cons of each along with the price. We settled on the best option for me. Robert came and put in a brand new furnace. They did not have the furnace that we agreed upon so he upgraded me to a better brand furnace. It took a little longer than he thought it would. He also checked my thermostat to make certain the wiring was correct. We found I had a wire that did not have continuity. He then wired this correctly. The price was the agreed upon price which was reasonable. I would highly recommend Product Air Heating and cooling."
