"Thomas Kinnon was hired and came the next day, on time, to install a toilet. We were told by another company that we would need a new subfloor and the toilet install would be $300. Thomas did a thorough check and assured us we don’t need a new subfloor and showed why. He stalled the toilet and the flange under it, and even went to a local hardware store to purchase a needed part for us. He was personable and efficient. We would call him again."

"Eric called quickly and was able to come the same day without charging extra. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate. After he began snaking the main area he realized it would clear all of the line and took off the charge for the second drain. He cleaned and dried everything when finished working. I would use him again for any plumbing needs. He is honest, quick to respond, thorough, and (on top of that) his services are reasonably priced."
