"The handyman was very friendly and honest. He started with replacing the cartridge in the old faucet. Then he found out the old faucet was too old to replace. He and I went to the home depot and I bought a faucet. He installed the new faucet with the same amount of money that he quoted me for. I really appreciated what this company did me. "All great guys. Great work, â Very old schoolâ , in the sense that HE STICKS TO HIS WORD IN THE BEST WAY IMAGINABLE. Timing was perfect extremely punctual, we agreed on a fair price/ he didnâ t change the price mid way though the project. The customer service and attention to detail was soooo GREAT, I hired him back a week later to complete another job. It was a breath of fresh air working with Ken & his team, a group of guys that you donâ t have to walk behind and knit pick B.S.
