"This company is wonderful! One of the things I think that is missing these days is customer service, general kindness and respect. When the guy came and gave me the quote he told me much of the team is family and the ones that are not feel like they are. You can see this is their customer service! They work efficiently, neat and I felt comfortable with them in my home! They were very polite while informing me of what they saw in my attic and what they were doing. I would highly recommend them. King-Bur was out the next day after calling for an estimate and installed the insulation the following week. I called (3) other insulation companies, and took over a week for a response, and delivery was out for 8-12 weeks. King-Bur is a 5 Star Company!"
