"I was extremely happy with Northshore. My water heater broke, and started to leak from the bottom, after midnight on Dec 30th and just shortly after the big freeze we had. With people's pipes bursting, I was concerned that I would have a hard time getting service. Northshore sent me an estimate and called me first thing in the morning and were able to be in my house before 10am. They completed the installation in less than two hours. They even completely bled out all of the air in the pipes so that the water ran smoothly and didn't do that exploding air thing that they do when there is air in the lines.
