"We received 5 quotes because an furnace and AC were really big ticket items for us, but the owner of this company took the time to explain every step and all the details of the work. Other contractors did not take the time to have a detailed discussion and even implied that we were not expert enough to understand the details. They were very quick to tell us what they thought we needed. There were 3 bids that were substantially lower so we were very nervous and second guessed our decision. They restored our faith in contractors as they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was the best quality and really thought about what they were doing and what the best solution(s) might be. They took our lifestyle into consideration and did not treat us as if we would not understand the process or care about the details. "Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair. I would highly recommend Jake and Bramlet Home improvement to anyone. We will definitely be using him exclusively in the future."
