I got five bids through Angi and these guys: 1) used the highest quality parts, 31/35 inch springs 2) quoted me a total price without any extra fees and kept to that price even when the job took longer than expected 3) at the end taught me how to maintain the door for longer life I think this is a small family business, without the fancy truck with the logo on the side. Greg, the dad, answered the phone when I called and quoted me the price. There is no scheduling clerk or other intermediary. Chris was outstanding in his courtesy and helpfulness. Other firms that will remain nameless here quoted me a price double that of the MHGDR price, and tried to fast talk me into hiring them on the spot. I am pretty sure they are larger firms with multiple trucks and repairmen, and I think you end up paying for that. There is no substitute for good honest businesspeople trying to give you a great product and great service while making an honest margin. That's MHGDR."

"I can't give them enough praise in all honesty. Amazing customer service and extremely sociable . They knew the job very well ,but don't overcharge which is always appreciated. However with the knowledge and hard work they bring to the table even if it was more expensive I'd wouldn't have an issue paying more. Ultimately the piece of mind in knowing they care and will do the job right is what sets them apart from the competition."
