Greg, the dad, answered the phone when I called and quoted me the price. There is no scheduling clerk or other intermediary. Chris was outstanding in his courtesy and helpfulness. Other firms that will remain nameless here quoted me a price double that of the MHGDR price, and tried to fast talk me into hiring them on the spot. I am pretty sure they are larger firms with multiple trucks and repairmen, and I think you end up paying for that. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
