"I have waited 6 years to start this home building process. David took my dream / my forever home from words to vision. If I had a question, all I needed to do was to call; Morning Noon or at Nightâ ¦ He was available. He made financially sound suggestion to our home build that saved us $$. Thank you, David, for all of your assistance. You are invited to all the BBQ once the house is complete."

"Our main objective is to transform our unfinished basement into a complete living space including a bathroom, laundry and kitchenette. Libby did an outstanding job collecting our ideas and vision. The SketchHaus Team fine-tuned the vision with patience, landing on a version we love. SketchHaus scoped the entire house, providing ideas for a future kitchen & master bathroom remodel which we can revisit and revise when we are ready. This is my first experience with any large-scale home improvement or home design process. Libby & SketchHaus truly helped make the process feel effortless. I highly recommend SketchHaus to first timers or seasoned home improvement visionaries."

"PROMPT RESPONSE. ANTICIPATE GREAT WORKING RELATIONSHIP. PROJECT IS IN PRELIMINARY STAGE."
JOAN L. in March 2016
"Before beginning this project, we did our due diligence and interviewed many contractors. Efren Estrada was the only one to present us with plans, multiple options of how to proceed, and going through the proper channels of securing the proper permits. Being our first ever time doing remodeling, communication was always open to see what materials we liked; flooring, shower tiles, sinks, doors, etc. He was able to work within our budget and build us a great home addition (garage conversion). The only small issue and not Efren’s fault, was the time to complete the project. Getting permits, Inspection scheduling, scheduling gas to be shut and having to reschedule to turn on definitely added more time onto the project but in the end we are very pleased with how it turned out. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future."
