He was able to find the problem with our sprinkler system quickly. When I called, Terry knew the name of my system just by asking a few questions (VERY IMPRESSIVE)!! What was even more amazing is that Terry added us to his schedule that didnâ t have any slots left. He came right after he was done with his last scheduled client in the evening. . Who does that these days ?? I really appreciate all of the knowledge he gave my husband and I, educating us on how our system works and why the system fails. He also walked around our property to find one of two of our sprinkler boxes. That wasnâ t visible. He walked around for at least 20 min with a detector trying to locate it and it was finally found under leaves in the back of the house that hadnâ t been raked up yet. Terry is awesome.
