Gio and the APEX team worked with me to design and implement a top quality solution using best in class products to fix a 60+ year old foundation and problem that had damaged structural basement walls and caused regular water intrusion and mold issues. An interior solution would have only put a bandaid over a major problem. I now have a repaired foundation, a new and solid waterproofed wall, and French Drains that will keep water out by diverting it at the source. Apex did all this for less than the cost of installing an interior solution from any one of the well known national and regional companies. Plus, I did not have to demo the expensive finished interior walls that would have been required for an interior solution. Geo, his Apex team, and his network of trade professionals were great to work with and addressed any and every request and concern.
