Tyler was our main contact and kept us informed of the dates and times the crews would be out. We were very impressed with the fact that a crew was sent ahead of the actual shakes installation to put paper down to protect the exposed plywood. Diago and his crew were very respectful of our property. There were many plants around the gazebo and they were very careful not to damage or crush them. This is a professional company and we highly recommend them."

"The team that put on my new roof was wonderful. They knew how to work together to be efficient and through. Day and a half for my new roof to be put on. They covered shrubs, windows, picked up after each day's work, they came inside to make sure the skylights were set properly, dumpster was here a limited time thanks their efficiency and so was removed from the street which my neighbors appreciated. They kept me informed as to what was going on: when they would leave and return next day. A final inspection was done after all work completed and it is perfect. "Steve and his crew coordinated two projects: metal roof installation and completely tear down half a garage roof and rebuild the roof to finally install the shingles. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
