"Ilya tore off the old roof and installed a new one, including ridge vents--he also cut holes for two 2'x4' skylights and installed the skylights, which have withstood both the winter weather and, now, the spring storms (in a fairly tornado-prone area). He also repaired and replaced gutters. Ilya was a consummate professional: everything was completed when he said it would be, and he, himself, did the work. (He had one assistant who worked with him, not in place of him.) He was courteous and communicated clearly with me from the estimate to the final stages of the job. The shingles are neatly laid, and the skylights are perfectly straight--the quality of his work is exceptional, and he's very reliable."
