"I selected Mark Besnos and Horizon for an extensive interior remodel of my home. The project included removing a soffit ceiling in about half the house, installing a new support beam to eliminate a post, wainscoting in the living and dining room, hardwood flooring in the renovated areas (except the bathrooms), two new windows, and a new fireplace mantel. Mark has excellent taste. He was great at accommodating his visits to my work schedule. A project of this magnitude is bound to encounter some challenges, and Mark was good at explaining them and presenting options. The trades who worked on my home were top notch. The in-house designer, Kaitlin, implemented my ideas and tactfully injected a few of her own to create a beautiful finished design. My Project Manager Ricardo was onsite daily and posted logs on Buildertrend, the companies software system. It was great seeing the updates! He also kept adherence to the 16 week schedule and overcame some minor obstacles from the city and a few materials vendors.
