The paint job they did for me (ceilings, walls, moldings and doors) was perfect. They also moved the furniture and put it back afterward, took down and replaced the light fixtures, kept the noise level down while working, and cleaned up after themselves. On their own initiative, they even went out and found a piece to patch the hole that a door stop had made in one of my doors. They take real pride in their work. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
