He did arrive on time, very clean, masked and gloved and checked out the boiler and verified that the gas valve was not working anymore. He had one in stock on his truck (amazing) and replaced it and within the hour, the boiler was working again. Best part.....no emergency call charge like others. His work was excellent, very clean, and left nothing behind! He is now our expert that we will use again when needed!!! A++++"
