Rocky the technician was running a little behind and he called to update me and let me know when he would be here. I had my hot water heater flushed and inspected. Rocky was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Again incredibly polite and clearly concerned about keeping my home clean. Was happy to discuss options and answer questions I had. Made sure I was good with going forward with the work to be done. He was very efficient and did a great job. All costs seemed extremely reasonable.
