"Luan cleaned and repaired my gutters. Luan was responsive and gave me a fair and competitive quote for the work. He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."

After they looked at the roof, they explained exactly what was wrong with the roof, what they were going to do and, how long it would take. They gave me two different options. I chose the option that made me feel more confident that the project would be successful. The roofers were polite, eager to explain what they were doing and, why. I was very happy with the quality of their work and their skill."
