Innovative came out within 90 minutes of my call and installed a temporary fix which made it possible to use the door until the parts for the permanent fix arrived a few days later. price was very reasonable for the emergency service as was the final repair. I recommend this company for any garage door service that one may need. I have referred Innovative to several of my neighbors that have need work on their garage doors. All have been very satisfied. "I love supporting small, locally owned businesses. We have a two car garage with two openers. John returned my request for services promptly. What I especially appreciated was that he was willing to provide an estimate on the phone after asking some good clarifying questions. He also explained the basis for his estimate and what might influence him to change it after he saw the job in person. After he arrived he was very open about what he was seeing snd what that meant related to the cost. More importantly, he explained the benefits of fixing versus replacing. Most importantly, he explained the options in a way that didn't seem to push me in one direction or another... I had two good options. As I mentioned, we have two openers. He assessed both and decided only one needed attention. We decided to replace problematic opener. Once the work was done he made sure both remotes were synced. John explained how to operate both openers and remotes. He had us put in our own passcodes in a way that preserved our privacy. Finally, he explained the equipment warranty, as well as his own additional coverage. It is at least as good as the warranty offered by "the big guys." "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
