"I had 2 big trees land on my roof from Helina. I needed a tree service with the right equipment to lift the trees off the roof to cut so there would be no more damage. Mr.Bunnell told me exactly how he & his team were going to handle this challenge. I also felt very comfortable talking with him. He was willing to work on pricing with me, which I, being a senior, greatly appreciated. He said he would be here at 8:30a.m. & on the dot, he & his crew was here. I thought it would take all day but they were through by 1:00p.m. Not only did they do a terrific job in cutting & removing those big trees, but they also bought a replacement part & repaired my fence, which was crushed. While they were there, I asked for 2 more trees to be cut at the last minute & for what I considered a reasonable charge, he removed those also, which gave me added peace of mind. There were some small roof damage. I had a can of Flex Seal & bless their hearts, they sealed & put shingles over the holes which should be a good fix until the roof people can come. I so totally recommend Mr. Bunnell & his team. They were polite, friendly & went above & beyond service. They were not the lowest estimate & not even close to the highest estimates that I received. But he was the one who was most friendly from the very first of our meeting, explained everything in great detail & flexible. Their work quality was exceptional. I have already recommended him to others!"
