"Sam was my personal project manager. Him and his team are very proficient, respectful, and up front. Sam made sure I understood everything that was happening with him and the insurance company. Sam was very punctual and arrived first thing the next morning to assess the damage. Sam even went to Lowe's with me to pick out tile. I had a nice kitchen before the leak but after Sam and his team took care of me, I have a beautiful kitchen that I'm sure increased the value of my home."

"I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Jeff was right on top of everything he had his subcontractors do and made sure it met his (and my) expectations/requirements. Cost went about 5% over the original bid only because we chose some upgrades that exceeded the original design. Likewise the project took longer than originally anticipated, but we weren't in a hurry and it was no problem for us. In summary, I was completely satisfied and will use Affinity next year for some additional work we would like to have done around our house."
