"Working with Eric was a pleasure. He was able to give me an accurate estimate for the job over the phone and offered options for me to save money--like removing hardware in the rooms needing painting. Eric is super friendly and has a knack for attention. He spent an extra 30 minutes (at no extra charge) cleaning the walls in the living area downstairs because they weren't up to his prep standards--(I had wiped them down with a towel but Eric cleaned them again). He only started painting when all the prep was complete. No shortcuts...and he stayed until the job was done well into the evening. Eric returned the next day to do a walkthrough with me during which the walls were shining! He painted the walls and baseboards of one bedroom, den, living area and stairwell too. The work was immaculate--and the cost was more than reasonable. This was the best investment to insure a quick turnaround for my vacant rental property in the Stetson Hills neighborhood. Thank you Eric!"
