I'm especially happy that he takes the less expensive route to repair items vs the total replace costing $$$$. It's a perfect way to see if that is all that is needed to fix the item. Because he figured out the problem in my faucet, I'm getting a brand new one free from Moen. I just had another repairman in a few months ago, who didn't do such a thorough job and he charged more. "They completely redid a previously horribly done 14x38 ft. ceiling in our sunroom, where the sheet rock had hardly any screws in it. They secured it, floated out the wavyness, tape & bedded it, retextured it, and painted it. They were totally professional and did an extraordinary job. I would definitely recommend them.
