HT Floors and Remodel

Kitchen and flooring is what we had done and this was the most poorly managed home remodel project I have ever been a part of. The GC who at the beginning of the project said he would be here every day that we had a worker here, rarely came by for quality control leaving us to do most of that ourselves. I would rate the final quality of work on our project at a solid average Sub contractor management and scheduling was terrible. My phone is full of subcontractor phone numbers because much of the scheduling was left for us to manage as if we did not have full time jobs already. Even still, our project went 6 weeks over the schedule (admittedly two of those weeks was because we brought in another contractor for part of our remodel). The GC left the country a month before our project was done. Given his subs started asking me for money at the end and their website is now down, I am guessing we were HT last job. Even if we were not , we would not work with HT Floors and remodel again.

Great experience. Very nice to work with a contractor who does what he says, shows up on time, and completes projects on time. Mr. Turk also did a very good job of communicating throughout the whole process. Our work included new kitchen cabinetry with painting, counter tops, flooring (vinyl and carpet,) sheet rock replacement and painting. All looks great and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend HT Floors and Remodel to anyone.

We engaged HT Floors and Remodel to update two bathrooms at the same time. Hank listened to what we wanted and helped us select products that met our needs and exceeded our expectations for the final look. All the contractors are exceptional in their own disciplines.

Hank is pleasant and easy to work with. Very accommodative. Would love to have him do my next project.

If you have the time to be your own general contractor, go with HT Floors. You will need to oversee your own project and do quality checks. Damaged drawers, dishwasher and will not reply to come back and do any warranty work. Cosmetics look good however they left behind drawers that won't open, nails can be seen on floor, etc.. Do your homework before you hire this company

The project was done well start to finish and met our time frame and expections. All of the workers were professional and courteous.

HT did a fantastic job of coordinating the painters, electricians, tilers, and countertop installers. Everything was done well and within our budget. I would definitely recommend.

HT Floors and Remodel did a full kitchen remodel in my home and I would highly recommend them. Hank (the owner) is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made sure the project ran smoothly and on time. Each one of his crew was professional and meticulous in their work, making sure I was happy with each step of the project and cleaning up at the end of each day. Everyone did exactly what they promised (and then some) and worked to make this remodel as stress-free as possible. Communications were amazing, with texts to let me know when crews would arrive and to answer any questions I had promptly. The new kitchen is fabulous exactly what I wanted and done to perfection. We have already started the process with HT Floors and Remodel to do a full remodel of one of our bathrooms. Their price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend HT Floors and Remodel.
