"They were perfect. The job was to replace the railing on a 2-story deck with a composite railing, which is harder than it sounds since it including working around the posts for a screened in porch. They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. They worked long hours every day (through a heat wave) and left the site immaculate. They were also very quiet. They paid attention to details to make the trex look good interfacing the the porch posts. I would definitely recommend them."

"Mike and his team from RORHI are a great, hard working group of guys.Iâ m so fortunate that I found them after getting a few other estimates. They did the extra work like stripping the house of the old clapboard and making sure the house was insulated before installing the top notch Certainteed brand vinyl siding. We also had our three porches renewed with Trex decking and Certainteed railings and I will never have to paint this house again for as long as I live! I had three estimates prior to getting an estimate from Mike and none of them wanted to do the work required like stripping the house first because itâ s such a big house and itâ s very high. Itâ s a very large project to take on. These guys were always here everyday on time and even early many days before 7am and worked long days everyday even in the rain to complete the job. They took the time to do the job the right way and when I had any special requests they worked with me to make my vision happen. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered.
