"After contacting installers through Home Depot, where we bought a new Rheem water heater and others through Home Advisor and Yelp, we hired Matt from Platinum Plumbing to install a new water heater, since he was very responsive (came that day within two hours) and provided excellent customer at at a very reasonable price. It took Matt about 1.5 hours to the install the new water heater and everything was done according to Placer County Building Codes. Matt also took away the old water heater for us. Matt from Platinum plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Matt!"

"Chris is a very thorough & polite plumber that I would DEFINITELY hire again. I had several problems with worn out, ill-fitting, and corroded toilet parts, as well as spigots, faucets, and uneven water flow in faucets inside and outside. I decided to replace that older toilet that I called about. A new, nicer toilet wasn’t really that much more than replacing all those worn @ cracked parts in that older toilet that I didn’t like so much anyway (very low also). Thank you for submitting my name to him! He amazed me by carrying out the old, and carrying in the new toilets up and down 16 steps; by himself. Polite and never complaining!"

"Rich gave me the pool I had envisioned when I first hired his company. His salesman, Greg, was a pleasure from the beginning to the end as he played a very active roll, as did Rich. I was amazed at the time frame with which they completed the pool and was impressed with all his laborers that were involved in the project. Because my pool was installed in front of the home, they also kept the neighbors happy with a neat and tidy job. This caused the pilot light in my mother's unit to go out. Upon restoring gas, the pilot light was unable to be re-lit. A technician hired by the complex, and another from PG&E, were not able to fix the problem. I've had various explanations for the cause, however none of them make much sense. PG&E says it is an electrical wiring issue and therefore they cannot proceed with any repairs. I was not present when either technician was troubleshooting so I can't confirm their findings. I need a plumber/technician to determine the cause of the water heater failure and repair. This may require basic electrical repair (frayed wires, etc.). There is a multimeter and other electrical consumables in the outside shed if needed.
