"Liz, the owner, was very professional. Work started when promised. The three brothers who did the tile and coping were excellent. Whoever applied the Deck O Seal probably didnt know what they were doing, and it looked awful. Liz made sure they took it out and reapplied, and it looked much better. I actually started noticing some problems with the plaster within a few weeks- streaks and staining. Liz made sure the plasterer came out and looked at the problem. No one knew what caused the problem, but Liz took care of it. The pool was re-plastered with all the steps necessary for the process. The pool looks great. I highly recommend Poolside Concepts"
