"Steve and his crew were fabulous to work with. They came across some issues that were unexpected but they took care of them undaunted. They kept us informed of the progress and were always available to answer any questions we might have regarding the remodel. We would highly recommend them to friends and family"

"We purchased our retirement home in Wyoming with an unfinished basement. Based on our estimates and timeframes, we chose ACCESS Construction. Collin gave us seventy-five to eighty days to complete our project. Collin ran the entire show, obtaining permits, scheduling delivery of materials, and each crew. Collin was flexible with our choices and schedule. Each crew and all materials went through the window well. We received a text message, usually on Sunday, informing us of who would be here this week, the time of arrival, and the time it would take to complete this portion of the project. Granted, Collin has been in the business and knows every aspect, but it was a surprise as we've never experienced this type of customer service. The most strenuous item for us was writing the check once a month. We're delighted with our final results: a full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a huge family room. By far, this is the easiest project we've ever been through. We appreciate ACCESS Construction and Collin's attention to detail. We would definitely use ACCESS Construction again and happily recommend this company."

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
