"I had water come in my basement that I assumed was from a window in the basement, I called Craft Tuckpointing, Dan came over and was able to pinpoint that water was coming in from old mortar on top of the foundation. He found other tuckpointing problems in our chimneys and damage to our chimney tops. He took these in stride and was able to do all these within the time he gave for completion of the wall.
