We had some unexpected additional repairs (rotted wood) along the way that he communicated through and we got it done! we had a tight deadline and he crushed it. "Dave and a partner came out and fixed our leaking roof on the spot. They were pleasant and professional, arriving on time and updating us with a phone call along the way. The fee was quite a bit, but we requested it as an emergency, and ultimately, it was worth every cent. Other companies offered to come and look in January ( a couple of weeks away) Dave came out 4 days before Xmas and basically saved our holiday as the bedroom the leak was in was unusable before the fix.
