Met with the salesman and got a good description of their product and company history. The crew showed up early in the morning. Jay, Roosevelt, and Shane worked hard throughout the day. Very professional. Found some additional issues after they removed drywall. Gave me some pricing and ideas on fixing those issues and kept me informed of overall progress. End of the day the work looks great. Looking forward to a dry basement. Liked the fact that Jay had been with the company for 3 years. Means they treat their people right and you are getting experience. Good closing call with Adam. Great job on the cleanup. Very satisfied."
