"It's always difficult to get someone who is willing to come by to fix those little annoying problems you have, but not Tom. I had 1 leaky faucet and 1 frozen faucet(due to hard water). Tom came explained what needed to be done and I hired him to fix it. Very pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up after all the work was done. "Called the company at 4:00am. Person on night duty called me back within 10 minutes. Gave me a arrival time of 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 45 minutes at 5:00am. Fixed the problem and went away. Service charge $125. I believe this is a charge for emergency service. Charge for replacing thermocouple : $147.50 The charge for replacing thermocouple if very reasonable. I can live with the service charge for an emergency situation."
