"Kevin is a previous construction contractor with a lot of experience and now works for himself doing home repair. He did a great job replacing some the rotten wood floor around a leaky upstairs toilet. His quote was right on target with other handymen who gave me quotes. He is very friendly and really knows what he's doing. He worked quickly and efficiently and left the area spotless when finished. I highly recommend him for any repair projects you have around your house."
