His estimate was lower than the others, and he had other specialists in chimneys and gutters to do specific work. All of them were very friendly. The other contractors I talked to first were going to charge a lot more and would not listen to me when I told them what had to be done. They all wanted to do something different, charging me more and just putting a band-aid on the problem instead of actually eliminating the problem.
