"Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. People try to sell me what they think is in my budget or what they think should be done to my home. The first man they sent to my house was very high pressure sales and would not give me a quote for what I wanted, which was siding. He was giving me a quote for the roof which he assumed I needed more (and would be more affordable for me). I didn't call him back, but the customer service called me about a month later to let me know they had some good siding specials and offered to send a different person out to my home. They sent Scott Harris, a young professional like myself who was easy going and easy to talk to. He got me a great deal on the siding of my dreams and there was no high pressure. He was at my house for a couple hours while I worked through my budget to make my decision and was very patient the entire time. I appreciated the fact that he saw me as a person and not as a "girl". After my first experience and after another experience with a different company, it was refreshing to be taken seriously as a well-educated person. Scott Harris is a wonderful individual to work with and when I do need a roof, I will go back to him to get one. If they had sent him out the first time, I would give the company a 5 star review. Although the work hasn't been done on my house yet, I presume that it will be of good quality, but will update my review if it's not. The work will be done around November of 2016."

"We had this company come to our home for an estimate. We were told that actually we would be given an EXACT price that day. I received a written agreement and was required to put a portion down. When the install day arrived, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, once the technicians were here they realized that the tub measurements were off and they could not do the "drop in" tub they had promised. They did not cancel the job, they went to a store and BOUGHT us a brand new bathtub!! I was truly overwhelmed, as I initially felt like they would back out since the measurements were off and they could not do the work they agreed to do. They went over and above what we expected, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering this kind of bathroom "facelift"!! The bathroom looks beautiful, and everything was left clean and tidy---with a new bathroom!! I can't thank them enough for the way they handled the agreement. Word of mouth is powerful these days and I recommend them to anyone who mentions needing work done such as this!"
