"John did a great job staining my fence. He power washed and worked around weather to get a day when it was warm enough and fence was completely dry. He watched how the wood absorbed the stain and sprayed a second coat when needed. Made my 6 year old fence look like new again. He was careful not to overspray on house and masked all hardware. Will definitely hire again on future projects."

"I cant say enough good things about Kavod Exteriors LLC! Ricardo did a great job on my roof repairs and completed the job within a few days of initial contact. Their prices are very fair and reasonable! After this experience, I plan to utilize Kavod for all of my exterior house projects! His detailed and timely communication and follow-through skills are exemplary! That is very important to me in this day and age when life is so busy. After the job was completed, he cleaned up everything and sent me before-and-after photos of the roof repairs. The whole experience was a positive one. It had been difficult to get a small but critical roof repair scheduled with several other companies. However, Kavod came through for me. I definitely recommend them!!"

Andreas communicated promptly and takes great pride in his work. We have plans for him to return for additional work in January. Highly recommend."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
