"They're awesome. They did not charge up-front for the service call, only bill if they fix something. The gentleman who answers the phone is on-site too. They did my work on a Saturday and Sunday. 3 factors which I thought were refreshing on their own. They came the same-day I clicked in here. Determined my ice-maker needed a new part, showed me where it was broken, explained everything. They located the part, went and got it, and came back the next day to fix it. For the 2 trips, everything being done in 24 hours, ice-maker working again, I paid about $160 plus the part, which I thought was better than reasonable. They seem really nice and conscientious. They don't waste time but are still very thorough and kept me informed on everything. I'd definitely hire them again."
