"They were excellent from start to finish. Very professional. I have had drywall done many times and no one even came close to this type of work. They were on time. Came in and put drop cloths down right away (vs. the shoe protectors) and began work. The work was excellent and I could tell right from the start. I've had contractors in the past complain to me about their boss or something and then sounds of "oops, I messed up" and just too many interactions and professionalism and high cost. Not JMK! I had a huge gaping hole in my celiling from so-called professional plumbers that looked scary and horrible. When Jimmy and his team arrived it was nothing but professional work done right the first time. The work was flawless and beautiful. and it was done quickly but flawlessly. Very friendly and just the right amount of friendly, knowledgeable interactions. They looked very happy to be working for Jimmy and looked like they loved their work and I felt like I wasn't just another homeowner and another house. I'm very pleased. Plus they had the best prices. I would absolutely hire them again hopefully for other projects other than drywall. I wish I had known about them sooner. Wish other contractors were more like them. "I hired Design Home Improvement back in October to repair the drywall in my ceiling. I received a great quote and Robert arrived to fix my ceiling the very next day. He was was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. He checked in with me as he was getting ready to wrap up and asked me to take a careful look to make sure that everything looked great. I felt bad asking him to smooth out one tiny area, but he assured me that it was no problem, and he took his time to make sure that it was perfect before wrapping up for the day.
