They are respectful of one's property and try their best to keep everything as clean as possible while they work and then clean up afterwards. "We contacted HomeAdvisor on Friday, and Orest called us within an hour or so. He came in on Saturday for the estimate. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to size up the job, and then had a quote emailed to us within 20 minutes. We agreed to hire him on Sunday, and he began work promptly at 0730 on Monday. Our project was a split level, so the work was broken into two stages, including a "day off" to move a pool table, but from Monday to Saturday he was working all but one day, and finished the job. "Dino and his guys did a great job at a fair price. Very easy to work with. We originally texted a few vendors to ask what they charged per square foot. Dino was the only vendor who actually gave us a definitive answer range to that specific question without mentioning a ton of dependencies. He was available to come take a look came look at our flooring and was able to give us a quote right then and there. Dino was also knowledgeable as he was able to correctly identify the unique species of wood flooring we had, other vendors went able to. They also were able to remove a stained wood spot and replace the wood with wood we had in a more inconspicuous spot. The floor looks great and you canâ t even tell itâ s been replaced would recommend."

"Alex and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. Our project was rather large it that it included 1.) weaving in new hardwood flooring into an existing hardwood floor in two places 2.) sanding the entire lower level 3.) sanding the stairs and 4.) sanding our upstairs hallway. We also replaced our stair newel posts and balusters, where Alex and his crew prepared the area and coordinated well with the separate master carpenter crew that performed the stair installation. Alex and his crew were also fantastic working through our stain preferences including stain type (DuraSeal) stain color, sealer (Bona Intense) and clear coat (Bona Traffic HD). The house literally looks brand new and we could not be more pleased. We interviewed 4 different contractors and chose KALS given we were able to actually inspect some previous work they had completed and were appropriately priced for the fantastic work they performed."
