"It's always difficult to get someone who is willing to come by to fix those little annoying problems you have, but not Tom. I had 1 leaky faucet and 1 frozen faucet(due to hard water). Tom came explained what needed to be done and I hired him to fix it. Very pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up after all the work was done.
