"Kris from Paradigm is absolutely phenomenal!!! I only have good things to say and I would 100% recommend him and his team. From everyone who came over to give me a quote, he was the nicest, most honest, patient and knowledgeable. He addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease. I was looking for someone to paint over my whole apartment, remove the rust from my balcony rails and paint them over, as well as regrout my really old balcony tiles. Kris gave me a very reasonable quote, was very dedicated to my project and seemed to really care. He took his time to help me pick out the right colors and answer all my questions and follow ups. He got to work within the same week and during the process he kept me updated with pictures and would always respond to my texts/calls with detailed answers! I am very happy with the work he did to make my apartment look brand new! Kris is the best and I would definitely hire him again for any future projects!!"
