"Mike was great! Very professional but also very kind and patient. He arrived on time and he installed my machine quickly and in a very clean manner as well. When we encountered a fault with the machine Mike was able to repair it and even though it took longer than expected he did a thorough job and did not leave until everything was working properly and SAFELY!
