"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. "Frank (the owner) was absolutely terrific in solving and correcting the problems I had with my oil fired boiler. I hired Frank to come and perform a season tuneup. Frank showed up (very professional) looked at the heater, broke it down and brought it back to life. While doing this Frank discovered and consulted with me a few dangers that I was not aware of. One major one was the burner liner in my heater was gone and seals around the burner gone which could of hurt my family and I. Frank did not up sell me one bit left it up to me to make the decision, good guy and my new burner mechanic."
